[ Introduction ]
Gymnema Sylvestre Extract is the root or twig leaf extract of Gymnema Sylvestre, containing saponins, sterols and other compounds. It has the functions of lowering blood sugar, lowering blood lipid, resisting dental caries and inhibiting sweet taste reaction. Gymnema Sylvestre Extract can be made into diet food and beverages for preventing obesity and treating diabetes. It is safe to use and has reliable curative effect. It can also inhibit the formation of melanin and can be made into freckles-removing cosmetics.

[ Main Functions ] 
Hypoglycemic Activity

Its function is natural and gradual, unlike the rapid onset of many prescription hypoglycemic drugs. Based on animal experiments, this may be due to regeneration of insulin-secreting pancreatic cells. Other animal studies have shown that Gymnema also improves glucose entry into cells, thereby lowering blood sugar levels.

It also showed that administration of GSE to diabetic animals not only resulted in an improvement in glucose balance, this improvement was also accompanied by regeneration of pancreatic beta cells. It is the only compound that has shown the ability to reduce signs of diabetes by directly repairing/regenerating the insulin-making cells of the pancreas.
