Introduction
Hesperetin (hesperidin) is a kind of natural flavonoids, which is widely found in fruits, flowers, food and other plant-derived substances. Chemistry, medicine, agriculture, food and other fields.
Main functions
(1) Antioxidant effect: Hesperetin can eliminate the peroxynitrite ion to avoid the harm caused by the peroxidation reaction. (2) Anti-inflammatory effect: Hesperetin can inhibit the mediation of inflammatory mediators, thereby indirectly inhibiting the inflammatory response.
